A Somali-led campaign founded by Miss Cosmo Somalia 2026 Khadija Omar in support of Smile Train, bringing community, advocacy and participation together around access, dignity and the power of a smile.
The campaign is designed to continue beyond one competition season, with opportunities for awareness, fundraising and community participation.
